What we are

Quotes For Auto Insurance is a free comparison and referral service that matches U.S. drivers with licensed insurance agents and carriers in our partner network. We are not an insurance carrier, we do not issue policies, and we are not affiliated with any government agency. Quotes, coverage options, and available carriers vary by state and by your individual driving profile.

What we collect

When you complete the quote form, we collect: your ZIP code, age, whether you are currently insured, your vehicle year, first name, email address, and phone number. We also automatically receive your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your submission from our hosting provider.

We do not collect your Social Security number, driver's license number, bank or credit card information, or any payment details in order to generate a quote. We will never ask for that information to provide a quote.

What we share — important

When you submit the form, we share the information you provided with one or more licensed insurance agents and carriers in our partner network so they can prepare auto-insurance quotes and contact you about them. By submitting the form you consent to this sharing and to being contacted by Quotes For Auto Insurance and the matched agent(s) by phone, text, and email.

We do not sell your data to unrelated general marketers. We share it only within our licensed auto-insurance agent and carrier network for the purpose of preparing your quotes.

TCPA notice

Retention

We keep submission records for 24 months for compliance and quality control, after which they are deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing privacy@quotesforautoinsurance.com.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies needed to operate the site. We do not run third-party behavioral advertising profiles on this page.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@quotesforautoinsurance.com. We respond within 30 days. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah residents have additional rights under state law — same email.
